Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in strategy and planning, with at least 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field — you've developed and maintained planning models that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in SQL allows you to extract and analyze data effectively, providing insights that inform strategic initiatives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive results. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience with Pigment or similar planning tools is a plus, as is familiarity with GTM strategies in a tech environment. A background in data visualization tools like Grafana would be beneficial, allowing you to leverage your knowledge of the product in your role. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can enhance your analytical capabilities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will maintain and enhance Grafana's core planning and capacity models, ensuring they scale with the organization's growth. You will build analytics that measure GTM productivity, providing the data foundation for workforce planning decisions. Collaborating with Data, Field Ops, and Finance teams, you will ensure that planning processes are efficient and effective. Your insights will help shape strategic initiatives and drive operational improvements across the organization. You will also be responsible for identifying trends and opportunities within the data, presenting your findings to leadership to support decision-making.
