What you'll do

As the Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will oversee the regional build-out of your team, collaborating with sales leaders to align strategies and objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team is equipped to handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions that meet their needs. You will also work closely with the Customer Experience team to enhance the overall client journey, ensuring that Grafana's offerings are effectively communicated and implemented.

Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will set performance metrics and goals, regularly assessing progress and providing feedback to help your team grow. Additionally, you will participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing your insights and expertise to shape the direction of the Solutions Engineering team.
