What you'll do

As the Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for all aspects of building and managing your team — this includes recruiting top talent, providing mentorship, and ensuring that your team meets its performance goals. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to align on regional strategies and drive the adoption of Grafana's open-source solutions. Your role will also involve working with customer experience teams to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet client needs effectively.

You will lead the development of existing go-to-market strategies while also identifying opportunities for new initiatives — your insights will help shape the direction of the Solutions Engineering team.
