What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Monetization team within the Growth Area, shaping how Superhuman's AI capabilities are presented to users. You will drive the strategy and execution of monetization experiments, creating compelling purchase experiences that resonate with professionals and students alike. Your work will involve designing intuitive and personalized conversion moments that encourage renewals and highlight the contextual value of Superhuman's products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and user needs. Your leadership will guide the team in developing innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement and drive growth. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
