What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design strategy and execution for complex, high-impact features at Trustpilot. You will conduct strategic discovery and research to understand consumer needs and opportunities, ensuring that users are at the forefront of every solution. You will take full ownership from initial problem framing to final delivery, collaborating with UX Research and other squads to shape the product's direction. Your responsibilities will include creating and testing hypotheses, driving design discussions, and ensuring that the design aligns with Trustpilot's vision of becoming the universal symbol of trust. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the overall user experience across the Trustpilot platform.
