Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on creating engaging user experiences that drive activation and retention. Your expertise in Figma allows you to translate complex ideas into intuitive designs that resonate with users. You understand the importance of collaboration and have experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to bring your designs to life.
You are passionate about user-centered design and have a keen eye for detail. You thrive in environments where you can experiment and iterate on your designs based on user feedback and data. Your ability to define and shape features that help users reach their 'aha' moments is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to craft impactful activation experiences that enhance user engagement. You will define and shape new features and enhancements, starting from early ideas and sketches and progressing to high-fidelity prototypes. Your work will directly influence how users interact with the Superhuman suite of applications, ensuring they have a seamless and delightful experience.
You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate your design decisions, ensuring that the features you create meet user needs and expectations. Collaborating with engineers, you will ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the development process.
