Your expertise includes crafting compelling positioning and developing go-to-market campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing focus time with collaborative efforts to foster innovation and team culture.
You possess a strong understanding of mobile retention strategies and international market dynamics. You have a proven track record of successfully launching products and driving adoption among various user segments. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market trends and user feedback effectively, enabling you to refine marketing approaches continuously. You are a natural communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in AI-driven products or productivity tools is a plus. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead initiatives to drive international growth for Superhuman's suite of applications, including Grammarly's writing assistance. You will identify and prioritize key markets for expansion, leveraging data to inform your strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing campaigns that enhance mobile retention and cross-platform engagement, ensuring that users have a consistent and enriching experience across all devices.
You will collaborate closely with product teams to understand new features and enhancements, translating these into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with users. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify user needs and preferences, allowing you to tailor marketing messages effectively. You will also analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the marketing team. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
