Who you are

You have a strong background in user research, with a proven track record of leading research initiatives that inform product development. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing, to identify critical business questions and apply rigorous research methodologies. You are skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, enabling you to gather insights that drive strategic decisions. You understand the importance of user-centered design and are passionate about improving user experiences through research. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing focus time with in-person collaboration to foster trust and innovation within your team.

Desirable

Experience with AI-driven products or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that enhance productivity. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can adapt your research strategies to meet evolving business needs. A background in UX design or product management can also be beneficial, as it allows you to better understand the intersection of user needs and business goals.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will lead research efforts for Superhuman's innovative Agents team, directly influencing the development and strategic direction of products that empower professionals and students to supercharge their productivity. You will conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform product design and feature prioritization. Collaborating closely with Product and Design teams, you will translate research findings into actionable recommendations that enhance user experiences. You will also work with Data Science to analyze user behavior and identify trends that can inform product strategy. Your role will involve presenting research findings to stakeholders and advocating for user needs throughout the product development process. You will help create a culture of research-driven decision-making within the organization, ensuring that user insights are at the forefront of product development.
