You have a strong background in user research, with experience in various methodologies to gather insights about user needs and behaviors. You understand the importance of user-centered design and are skilled at translating research findings into actionable design recommendations. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product designers, engineers, and product managers to create impactful user experiences. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present research findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. You are passionate about understanding users and advocating for their needs throughout the design process.
Desirable
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus, as is familiarity with usability testing and user interviews. A background in UX design or product management can enhance your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are comfortable using research tools and software to analyze data and present findings.
What you'll do
As a Senior User Researcher at Rubrik, you will lead user research initiatives to inform the design of our cyber resilience products.
