What you'll do

As the AI SoC Validation Lead, you will be responsible for enabling pre-production software to run reliably on new silicon — your leadership will guide a team through the complexities of post-silicon validation, ensuring that the silicon meets the highest standards before production deployment. You will oversee the validation process across silicon, firmware, and platform levels, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together.

You will lead efforts to develop and implement validation strategies that align with Graphcore's vision of powering the next generation of AI systems — your role will involve hands-on debugging and testing, as well as mentoring team members to foster their growth and development. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the validation process is efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of the project.
