You have extensive experience in embedded software and firmware engineering, particularly in post-silicon validation — you've successfully brought silicon to life and validated its functionality in high-performance environments. Your expertise in C and C++ allows you to develop and troubleshoot complex systems effectively, ensuring that products meet rigorous performance standards.
You possess a strong understanding of embedded Linux systems and have worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions — your collaborative spirit and technical guidance have helped mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the post-silicon validation team, ensuring that new AI chips and platforms are functionally validated and characterized — you will be responsible for reporting project status and progress to program management regularly. Your role will involve architecting and implementing continuous improvements to testing processes, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of validation efforts.
You will collaborate with various teams to support new product introductions, leveraging your industry knowledge to drive successful outcomes — your leadership will be crucial in mentoring team members and providing technical guidance throughout the validation process.
