Job Description
Who you are
You have proven experience in engineering program coordination, ideally in server or storage product development β you understand the complexities involved in managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring project timelines are met. Your strong organizational skills allow you to define and maintain accurate project schedules, material forecasts, and budgets aligned with business goals. You thrive in environments that require cross-functional collaboration, and you are adept at resolving technical issues that arise during the development lifecycle.
You are comfortable leading both on-site and remote engagements with vendors and manufacturers β your communication skills enable you to ensure build quality and timely delivery of components. You have experience managing Bill of Materials (BOM) structures during development, production, and sustaining phases, ensuring that all parts are tracked accurately throughout the project lifecycle. Your attention to detail ensures that engineering changes are implemented smoothly, and you are skilled at maintaining internal asset databases.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate procurement and material readiness for clear-to-build execution with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and joint development manufacturers. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues, track milestones, and report program status to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining accurate project schedules, material forecasts, and budgets that align with Graphcore's business goals.
You will manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) structure during various phases of product development, production, and sustaining efforts. Implementing and tracking engineering changes will be a key part of your role, ensuring a smooth transition through the development lifecycle. You will also coordinate system allocation, distribution, rework processes, and change management across programs, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned and on track.
