What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Engineer at Graphcore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and deployment of observability solutions for AI infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with product and architecture teams to ensure that the solutions you develop are functionally complete, easy to deploy, and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include creating reference designs and integrations with third-party tools, ensuring that our internal engineering efforts are well-supported.

You will lead initiatives to establish best practices for monitoring and observability, working with software and cloud teams to implement these solutions effectively. Your role will involve hands-on development, where you will create proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the capabilities of our next-generation products. You will also be responsible for documenting your work and sharing insights with the broader engineering team to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
