Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong interest in user research and a background in UX design — you understand the importance of deeply knowing your users, their workflows, and the challenges they face when interacting with complex software. You are skilled in translating user insights into clear, usable designs that enhance user experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design decisions are grounded in real user needs and validated through research.
You possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces — your designs not only meet user needs but also align with the overall product vision. You are familiar with both graphical interfaces and command-line tools, allowing you to design for a variety of user interactions. Your ability to communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences sets you apart.
What you'll do

You will conduct user research to gather insights about user behavior and preferences, which will inform your design decisions. Collaborating with engineers and product managers, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the usability of our software.
