What you'll do

As the Director of Claims Configuration, you will own the end-to-end claims configuration function, which includes benefits and plan design, pricing logic, and adjudication rules. You will establish configuration standards and maintain a comprehensive documentation library to support your team and stakeholders. Your leadership will guide the development of a well-organized task management system that enhances user experience and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with Claims Operations, Optimization, Product, Network, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure that all aspects of claims configuration support Gravie's mission and business objectives. Your role will involve continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing accuracy, speed, and flexibility in claims processing. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
