Who you are
You have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience in tools like Domo and AWS. You are skilled in Excel and SQL, enabling you to clean, validate, and analyze data effectively. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify operational reporting opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable solutions. You are comfortable mentoring other analysts and fostering a collaborative environment.
Desirable
Experience with ETL workflows and data pipeline maintenance is a plus. Familiarity with operational reporting in the insurance sector can enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Claims Insights team by developing operational reports and dashboards that drive decision-making. You will work closely with department leadership to identify key metrics and incorporate data into daily management processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing claims data to provide actionable insights and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of datasets through rigorous quality checks. You will also build complex dashboards and automated reporting systems that serve as operational controls, helping the team scale effectively. Mentoring other analysts will be part of your role, as you share your expertise and foster their growth.
