You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of timely and compliant enrollments in minimizing claims risk and enhancing member experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own all eligibility and enrollment operations for employer groups administered by Gravie. This includes managing onboarding processes, open enrollment periods, life event changes, terminations, and COBRA transitions. You will establish operational standards and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure eligibility accuracy across all plan designs. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining seamless data flow to claims, billing, and vendor partners, ensuring that all systems are aligned and functioning optimally.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the enrollment process, focusing on minimizing errors and enhancing member access to care. By partnering with various teams, you will drive initiatives that support the overall mission of Gravie to improve healthcare purchasing and access. Your role will involve regular assessments of operational performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
