Greenlight is hiring a Workforce Management Associate to ensure efficient staffing for their Customer Support organization. You have a strong analytical mindset and thrive in fast-paced environments — your ability to combine analytical rigor with hands-on execution sets you apart. You understand the importance of aligning workforce capacity with business priorities and have experience in managing staffing outcomes effectively. You are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including Data, People Ops, and Customer Service leadership, to ensure that customer demand is met efficiently. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for forecasting accuracy, which is crucial for this role.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate workforce strategies clearly to various stakeholders. Your experience in workforce management or a related field has equipped you with the skills necessary to analyze data and make informed decisions. You are proactive in identifying potential staffing issues and are adept at developing strategies to address them before they impact customer service.

What you'll do

As a Workforce Management Associate at Greenlight, you will be responsible for the end-to-end contact forecast and workforce strategy. This includes both short-term execution and long-term planning to ensure that the Customer Support organization is staffed efficiently. You will analyze customer demand across all channels and work closely with leadership to align staffing levels with business priorities. Your role will involve monitoring real-time performance and making adjustments as necessary to meet service level agreements.

You will collaborate with the Data team to gather insights and improve forecasting accuracy, ensuring that staffing levels are optimized for peak times. Additionally, you will partner with People Ops to develop training and onboarding strategies that align with workforce needs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing the effectiveness of staffing strategies and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
