What you'll do
As a Workforce Manager at Whatnot, you will lead the capacity planning and scheduling efforts for the Trust & Risk organization. You will be responsible for forecasting staffing needs based on contact volume and service level agreements (SLAs). Your role will involve analyzing data to make informed decisions about headcount requirements and schedules. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that staffing aligns with the launch of new features and policies. Additionally, you will oversee reporting and performance metrics to continuously optimize workforce operations.
