Overview

Whatnot is seeking a Workforce Manager to lead capacity planning and scheduling for their Trust & Risk organization. This role requires experience in forecasting contact volume and working cross-functionally with product teams.

You have a strong background in workforce management, with experience in capacity planning and scheduling. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are customer-centric in your approach. Your ability to forecast contact volume and determine staffing requirements is well-honed, allowing you to effectively manage resources in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working cross-functionally with product teams to align staffing needs with new policies and features. Your analytical mindset helps you to constantly improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do

As a Workforce Manager at Whatnot, you will lead the capacity planning and scheduling efforts for the Trust & Risk organization. You will be responsible for forecasting staffing needs based on contact volume and service level agreements (SLAs). Your role will involve analyzing data to make informed decisions about headcount requirements and schedules. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that staffing aligns with the launch of new features and policies. Additionally, you will oversee reporting and performance metrics to continuously optimize workforce operations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.
