Who you are

You have a strong background in managing employee experiences and events, with a focus on creating a culture of connection and belonging. Your experience includes developing and implementing recognition programs that celebrate employee milestones and achievements. You are adept at overseeing office operations and ensuring a consistent workplace experience across multiple locations. You thrive in hybrid work environments and are comfortable balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to guide and support office managers effectively. Your ability to collaborate with various teams ensures that every employee touchpoint is thoughtfully designed and executed. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for organizing high-impact events that engage and connect employees.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the execution of company-wide events, ensuring they align with Grindr's culture and values. You will develop and lead the execution of the Employee Experience Playbook, defining what it feels like to work at Grindr. Your responsibilities will include managing employee recognition programs, overseeing swag programs, and guiding office managers to maintain a high-quality workplace experience. You will work closely with the Head of People Operations to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics for events, managing budgets, and evaluating the success of initiatives to continuously improve the employee experience. Your role will require you to be present in the San Francisco office on designated days, fostering a sense of community and connection among employees. You will play a key role in making Grindr an exceptional place to work, where employees feel celebrated and supported.

What we offer

Grindr offers a competitive salary range of $144,500—$169,750 USD, along with equity, benefits, and a company bonus program.
