Overview

Guideline is hiring a Manager for Client Relationship Management to lead a team focused on providing exceptional support to B2B customers. You'll optimize support processes and oversee team performance. This position is remote and can be located in various states across the Western U.S.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Client Relationship Management, you will lead a team of Client Relationship Managers responsible for providing exceptional support to our B2B customers. You will define and optimize processes, tools, and best practices to enhance the support function. Your role will involve overseeing team performance, offering training, and ensuring efficient resolution of customer inquiries through various channels such as email and phone.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your leadership will enable the continuation of a collaborative and innovative team culture, where team members feel empowered to contribute to the company's mission of transforming the retirement industry. You will also be responsible for managing escalations and troubleshooting platform issues, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Guideline offers a competitive salary range of $106,000 to $137,500 USD, along with a remote work environment that allows flexibility in your work location.
