You have a strong background in project management and customer service, with a proven ability to manage and retain client accounts effectively. You understand the importance of connecting clients with the right subject-matter experts to inform their business decisions, and you thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and retain existing client accounts, ensuring that you understand each client's specific research needs. You will work to penetrate multiple users within client organizations and provide excellent customer service to grow client accounts. Your responsibilities will include contacting clients to obtain new projects, pushing events and teleconferences, and converting trial clients to full clients through exceptional service during the trial period. You will also be involved in project management, understanding client requests, and creating outlines for screening experts to meet those requests.
