What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as an advocate for Guidepoint's Insights product, fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate healthcare sector. You will develop personalized engagement plans tailored to each client's therapeutic areas of focus and ongoing clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client engagement through direct outreach efforts, such as emails, product demonstrations, and meetings. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely renewals and identify upsell opportunities. Additionally, you will gather valuable feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies, playing a pivotal role in driving engagement and revenue growth.
What we offer
Guidepoint offers a competitive salary of $75,000, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will work in a hybrid role, allowing for flexibility between remote and in-office work in New York City.
