You are an experienced attorney with a strong background in contract negotiation, particularly within the healthcare sector. You have a proven track record of advising hospitals, large healthcare systems, or physician groups, demonstrating your expertise in navigating complex contracting processes. Your ability to oversee vendor and payer-side agreements sets you apart in this field.

You possess a deep understanding of various types of agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Your strategic compliance advice is invaluable to commercial operations, especially regarding market access and pricing issues related to Medicaid and Medicare.

Your proficiency in managed care allows you to influence supply chain management and specialty pharma contracting effectively. You are adept at providing legal guidance to marketing, regulatory, and medical teams, ensuring that all advertising and promotional content complies with statutory and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage the negotiation and execution of external client contracts, focusing on healthcare vendors. You will review, draft, and consult on a variety of agreements, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and compliance standards. Your expertise will be crucial in negotiating agreements with wholesalers and advising on market access-related contracts.
