Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the SaaS industry, and a proven track record of driving product innovation. Your background includes working with CRM systems, and you understand the unique challenges faced by life sciences companies in engaging healthcare professionals. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of your strategy.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. Your ability to influence stakeholders and articulate a clear product vision is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for the Vault CRM Suite, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and market needs. You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product enhancements, driving the next wave of innovation in AI-powered customer engagement. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will define and prioritize features that enhance the user experience and improve customer interactions.
You will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, conducting A/B testing, and iterating on product features based on user feedback and performance data.
