What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product roadmap for the Vault CRM Suite, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and market needs. You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product enhancements, driving the next wave of innovation in AI-powered customer engagement. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will define and prioritize features that enhance the user experience and improve customer interactions.

You will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, conducting A/B testing, and iterating on product features based on user feedback and performance data. You will also work with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of the Vault CRM Suite to potential customers.
