Desirable

Experience with HRIS systems or a background in Human Resources is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will process employee data changes in ADP HRIS and ChartHop, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. You will assist the People Operations team in reporting and data management, contributing to the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Your responsibilities will include researching and resolving employee inquiries, supporting HR initiatives, and helping to maintain a positive workplace culture. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various HR projects that align with GumGum's mission of effective advertising that respects consumers.
