You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in channel partnerships, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners is key to your success. You are skilled in negotiation and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about workplace wellness, aligning with Wellhub's mission to create a healthier world.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of partnerships effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your analytical skills help you assess market trends and partner performance, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance business outcomes. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a remote work environment while maintaining a strong connection with your team and partners.

Desirable

Experience in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with subscription-based business models. You may also have a background in sales or business development, which complements your account management expertise. A strong network within the industry can provide additional leverage in your role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager (Channel Partners) at Gympass, you will own and lead the development of Wellhub’s portfolio of channel partners. Your primary responsibility will be to create and drive business development strategies that increase revenue through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the Client Sales Strategic Partnerships team to identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and close deals that align with the company’s mission.

You will be responsible for managing the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to ongoing relationship management. This includes conducting market research to identify new partnership opportunities and developing tailored proposals that meet the needs of potential partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that partnerships are successfully integrated into Wellhub’s offerings, enhancing the value provided to clients.

Your role will also involve tracking and analyzing partnership performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of each collaboration. You will use this data to refine strategies and improve outcomes, ensuring that both Gympass and its partners achieve their business objectives. Regular communication with partners will be essential, as you will need to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns that may arise.

What we offer

Gympass offers a competitive salary range of $118,200—$147,500 USD, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you may be eligible for an annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, as well as participation in our performance-based stock option program.
