Who you are
You are a seasoned and strategic leader with extensive experience in investor relations or investment banking, particularly within global technology businesses. You have a proven track record in IPO execution and public company storytelling, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with institutional investors and analysts. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex financial narratives clearly and compellingly, ensuring that stakeholders understand the company's long-term value proposition.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with executive leadership, including the CFO and CEO, to shape investor messaging and engagement strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market trends and investor sentiment, adapting strategies to align with the evolving landscape. You are passionate about workplace wellness and are excited to contribute to a mission-driven organization that values wellbeing and collaboration.
Desirable
Experience in a public company setting is a plus, as is familiarity with the wellness or technology sectors. You may also have a network of relationships with institutional investors that can be leveraged to enhance the company's visibility and credibility in the capital markets.
What you'll do
In this role, you will build and scale the investor relations function, defining the investor strategy and engagement roadmap. You will lead the development of all investor communications, ensuring that the messaging framework aligns with the company's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include preparing materials for earnings calls, investor meetings, and conferences, as well as managing the flow of information between the company and the investment community.
You will engage directly with institutional investors and analysts, fostering relationships that enhance the company's reputation and support its growth objectives. Your role will also involve monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making at the executive level. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that investor communications reflect the company's performance and strategic direction accurately.
What we offer
Gympass offers a competitive salary range of $217,002—$298,378 USD, depending on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, as well as participation in a performance-based stock option program.
