What you'll do
As the Client Success Director at Gympass, you will lead the Client Success team in Milan, overseeing the management of all enterprise client accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new customer acquisition and growth across Italy, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance the impact of the Wellhub program. Additionally, you will manage the commercial relationships and renewals for your portfolio, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with our offerings.
