You have a proven track record in client success management, with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and enhancing client performance. You excel in building long-term partnerships and understand the importance of delivering value at scale. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage and develop a team of managers and senior managers, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.

You are adept at strategic planning and execution, balancing high-level vision with hands-on leadership. Your ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders makes you a trusted advisor in your field. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by achieving results that benefit both the company and its clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee a complex portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Centerfield's services. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to design and implement growth strategies that expand client programs and strengthen relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing a book of business totaling approximately one hundred million dollars in annual revenue, which requires a keen understanding of client needs and market dynamics.

You will lead a team of managers and senior managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for defining the standards and processes that drive client success, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional service and results.
