What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the CIA Platform Team, you will take on a hands-on technical leadership role, guiding the development of a robust and user-friendly platform tailored to the needs of enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the platform meets user needs and aligns with business goals. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable solutions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth.
