HackerOne is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead customer engagements and drive sales of their Continuous Threat Exposure Management solutions. This role requires strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Who you are
You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience includes working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their security challenges.
You are customer-obsessed and prioritize customer outcomes in your decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Your technical expertise in cybersecurity and threat management solutions enables you to effectively demonstrate the value of HackerOne's offerings to potential clients.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) solutions. You may have a background in software development or IT, which enhances your ability to understand and address customer requirements. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping organizations improve their security posture will set you apart.
What you'll do
As a Senior Sales Engineer at HackerOne, you will be responsible for leading technical discussions with prospective clients and helping them understand the benefits of our platform.
