Overview

Yotpo is hiring a Sales Engineer to partner with sales teams and help top brands across EMEA unlock their potential. You'll provide technical and business expertise to close deals. This role requires strong collaboration skills and experience in sales engineering.

Who you are

You have experience in sales engineering, ideally within the eCommerce sector, and understand how to leverage technology to drive customer success. You are skilled at collaborating with sales teams and have a knack for translating technical concepts into business value. Your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs allows you to propose effective solutions that meet their challenges. You are comfortable leading discovery sessions and workshops, ensuring that the solutions you present align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to present technical demonstrations effectively and engage with stakeholders at various levels. Your background in technology, combined with your understanding of business processes, equips you to provide valuable insights during the sales process. You are proactive in capturing client requirements and documenting them to create a clear scope of work. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping brands succeed in a customer-centric world.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at Yotpo, you will work closely with sales teams, partners, and product specialists to plan and execute sales campaigns that resonate with potential clients. You will assist Account Executives in closing deals by providing both technical and business expertise, ensuring that prospects understand the value of Yotpo's solutions. Leading client discovery sessions, you will identify business challenges and propose tailored solutions that meet their KPIs and deliver fast ROI.

You will prepare and present both standard and custom technical demonstrations of Yotpo's Reviews and Loyalty solutions, showcasing how they can enhance customer engagement and drive loyalty. Your role will involve ensuring that potential customers are well-informed about the technical and service requirements for successful implementation. You will capture and document client requirements meticulously, providing a comprehensive scope of work that aligns with their needs. Your contributions will be pivotal in helping Yotpo maintain its position as a leader in the eCommerce space, driving trust and loyalty for brands across EMEA.
