What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Support Specialist at HackerOne, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with our platform. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our Continuous Threat Exposure Management solutions, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize our services.
