What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at HackerRank, you will lead customer-facing engagements, including discovery sessions, pilots, and demos. You will act as the primary technical voice in front of prospects and customers, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed. Your role will involve partnering onsite with customers, engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to uncover developer needs and shape practical, goal-driven solutions.

You will keep customer projects on track through disciplined execution and proactive updates, using the right tools, including AI when useful, to deliver faster and more reliable outcomes. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams will be essential to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and enhancements.
