What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at HackerRank, you will lead customer-facing engagements, including discovery sessions, pilots, and demos. Acting as the primary technical voice, you will partner with customers to understand their unique challenges and help them navigate the adoption of HackerRank's platform. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are effectively implemented.

You will be responsible for keeping customer projects on track through disciplined execution and proactive communication. Your ability to engage with clients and understand their requirements will be crucial in shaping the solutions you provide.
