You have a strong background in security operations and compliance, with at least 5 years of experience in IT security roles. You are passionate about building customer trust through effective security measures and have a proven track record of managing security inquiries and operations. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to provide clear and timely responses to customer security concerns. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality in your work.
You are familiar with various security tools and logs, continuously monitoring them to identify potential threats. Your investigative skills enable you to coordinate effectively with engineering teams to address security alerts and incidents. You understand the importance of creating a security roadmap and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall security posture of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT security inquiries, ensuring that customers feel confident sharing their data. You will complete security questionnaires and address follow-up questions, working closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to support customer and prospect security concerns. Your responsibilities will include managing security operations, maintaining compliance, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
You will continuously monitor security tools and logs to identify potential threats, investigate alerts, and coordinate with engineering teams to mitigate risks. You will also play a key role in creating a security roadmap, collaborating with product, engineering, and IT teams to enhance the organization's security posture. Your efforts will directly support HackerRank's success by strengthening security measures and building customer confidence.
