Who you are
You have a detail-oriented mindset and a strong technical curiosity, which allows you to effectively manage and improve physical security systems. Your calm demeanor under pressure helps you coordinate seamlessly across IT, Facilities, Security Operations, and external vendors. You are proactive in spotting gaps and improving processes, ensuring that physical security is delivered at scale.
With experience in administering physical security platforms, you are well-versed in access control systems, video management systems (VMS), intrusion alarms, and visitor management tools. You perform routine audits and configuration changes to maintain system reliability and security. Your ability to provision and manage access for employees, contractors, and visitors aligns with company policies and enhances overall security.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take the lead in supporting and evolving HubSpot's global physical security program. You will administer and maintain various physical security platforms, ensuring they operate securely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include monitoring physical security systems, responding to alerts, and supporting investigations related to security incidents. You will also assist with evidence collection and coordinate with HR, IT, and Security for access management and controls.
You will be expected to drive improvements and modernize how physical security is delivered, making it more effective and scalable. Your role will involve routine audits, updates, and configuration changes to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into daily operations and that any issues are addressed promptly.
