What you'll do
As a Strategic Project Associate at Handshake, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day execution of projects. You will work closely with Strategic Project Leads and Delivery Leads to ensure that client expectations are met and projects run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include setting up operational processes, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members to keep projects on track. You will also be involved in analyzing project performance and identifying areas for improvement. This role is designed to prepare you for higher-impact leadership positions in project delivery and client strategy, providing you with valuable experience in the human data layer of AI.
