What you'll do
As a Strategic Project Associate at Mercor, you will work closely with Strategic Project Leads to execute various AI projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project timelines, managing client communications, and ensuring that deliverables meet high-quality standards. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue by supporting the execution of projects that connect domain experts with AI companies. Your contributions will directly impact Mercor's long-term growth and success in the AI landscape. What we offer
Mercor provides a competitive base salary of $120,000 along with generous equity grants vested over four years. If you are relocating to the Bay Area, you will receive a $10,000 relocation bonus, and if you live within half a mile of our office, you will receive a $10,000 housing bonus. Additionally, you will enjoy a $1,000 monthly stipend for meals, an Equinox membership, and comprehensive health insurance.
