What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a senior operational partner to the Chief Business Officer, focusing on building and scaling the Handshake AI business. You will drive the operating cadence for Handshake AI, owning staff meetings and planning sessions to ensure alignment across product, go-to-market strategies, and operations.
You will be responsible for translating high-level strategies into detailed execution plans, keeping priorities sharp and ensuring that AI is utilized effectively across the platform. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance operational workflows and improve overall efficiency.
You will also engage with external partners, including AI labs and educational institutions, to foster relationships that support the growth of Handshake AI. Your insights will help shape the direction of the business, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of the AI economy.
