What you'll do
As a Learning Designer Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies that align with Handshake AI's mission. You will work closely with Operations teams to identify areas for improvement and create tailored learning experiences that drive success for fellows. Your role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts to design engaging content and utilizing data to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
You will lead projects that focus on enhancing the skills and knowledge of fellows, ensuring they are well-prepared for careers in the AI economy. Your insights will guide the development of training materials and resources that support fellows' growth and success.
