What you'll do

As the Manager of Strategic Projects, you will lead a team of Strategic Project Leads (SPLs) across various AI data projects — your role will involve overseeing project delivery, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining scalability across initiatives. You will set the operational standards for your team, guiding them through complex project landscapes and helping them navigate challenges as they arise. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning team efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

You will act as the connective tissue between various stakeholders, including customers, researchers, and procurement partners — your ability to facilitate communication and collaboration will be key to the success of your projects. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Your strategic mindset will enable you to anticipate challenges and proactively address them, ensuring that your team remains focused and productive.
