What you'll do

You will collaborate with Operations teams to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions that address those needs effectively. Your expertise will guide the creation of engaging content that resonates with learners and drives their professional development. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using data to inform improvements and ensure that programs remain relevant and impactful. As a leader, you will mentor and support other learning designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of learning at Handshake, contributing to the overall mission of empowering individuals in the AI economy.
