What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of self-serve systems for the Operations team, enabling them to manage data annotation projects independently. You will work closely with operators to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the tools you create enhance their ability to deliver high-quality results. Your focus will be on building scalable solutions that allow operators to efficiently manage projects from inception to completion.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications and prioritize features based on user feedback and operational requirements. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that the solutions you develop are aligned with user needs. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking the performance of the products you manage.
