Hatch is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to partner with complex customers and ensure successful onboarding and value realization. You'll manage multi-brand implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing skills in project management and technical execution.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, particularly with enterprise and private equity-backed clients, and you excel at building relationships with C-level executives. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to facilitate executive business reviews and deliver strategic recommendations that drive measurable ROI. You are technically savvy, with experience in configuring integrations using tools like Zapier, webhooks, and APIs, and you are comfortable collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation challenges.

Desirable

Familiarity with home services, SaaS, or tech-enabled operations is a plus, as is experience using business intelligence tools like Metabase for account tracking and reporting. You are proactive in monitoring account health and addressing adoption gaps or technical issues, ensuring that your clients realize the full value of their investments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding and success lifecycle for enterprise accounts, managing detailed project plans that outline timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables for multi-brand deployments. You will oversee integration and data setup across multiple portfolio companies, ensuring consistent configuration and a smooth onboarding experience. Your responsibilities will include monitoring account health, proactively addressing any gaps in adoption, and facilitating executive business reviews to discuss progress and strategic recommendations.

You will build and manage Zapier automations to connect customer systems and automate workflows, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you will troubleshoot API connections and integration challenges, documenting all technical workflows to ensure repeatability across brands and regions. Your role will require you to be hands-on, combining technical execution with project management and executive relationship management to drive success for your clients.
