You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the finance or technology sectors — you've successfully built and maintained relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively, fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders.

You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to inform your strategies — you can analyze client performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that your clients derive maximum value from Ramp's offerings. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and customer support enables you to advocate for your clients and drive their success.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Ramp, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our financial operations platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, as well as proactively addressing any issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, guiding them through the implementation process, and ensuring they are set up for success from day one. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key in driving client retention and growth.
