You have extensive experience in clinical risk management and patient safety, ideally within the mental health sector. What you'll do
As the Clinical Director, Patient Safety, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety of Headway's patient care processes. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and our extensive network of behavioral health providers. Your role will involve developing and implementing clinical risk management strategies that prioritize patient safety and quality of care.
You will collaborate closely with clinical teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. This includes conducting regular assessments of clinical practices and outcomes to ensure compliance with safety standards. You will also play a vital role in training and educating staff on best practices related to patient safety and risk management.
