Who you are
You have extensive experience in clinical regulatory affairs, ideally with a focus on healthcare compliance and policy development. Your background includes leading teams and managing complex regulatory frameworks, ensuring that clinical operations align with healthcare laws and standards. You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You are adept at developing and maintaining regulatory policies and managing compliance risks, ensuring that all clinical operations meet the necessary standards. You understand the importance of building processes that ensure clinical policy compliance and quality, and you are committed to fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
What you'll do
As the Medical Director, you will lead and grow the Clinical Policy & Regulatory Affairs team, overseeing the development and management of clinical policies and compliance functions. You will build and manage processes that ensure clinical policy compliance and quality, developing and maintaining BIPs, SOPs, and other clinical policy documents aligned with QMS. You will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, guiding policy-related submissions and ensuring that clinical operations align with regulatory intent. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams across the organization to ensure that all clinical operations are compliant with healthcare laws and standards. You will also be responsible for identifying compliance risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that Oscar continues to provide high-quality healthcare services to its members.
What we offer
Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $218,592 - $286,902 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program.
