FloQast is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support the Customer Experience and Post-Sales organizations. You'll provide strategic guidance and coaching to enhance team effectiveness. This role requires experience in people strategy and organizational growth.

Who you are
You have a strong background in people operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in high-growth environments and are adept at translating business needs into effective people strategies. Your ability to provide strategic guidance and coaching is complemented by your strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships across various teams. You understand the nuances of organizational design and change management, and you are comfortable navigating complex situations with clarity and judgment. You are a proactive problem solver who can work independently while also knowing when to align with senior leadership. Your experience in coaching leaders and enhancing performance within customer-facing teams is a key asset.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven company is a plus. Familiarity with customer success and support operations will help you understand the unique challenges faced by these teams. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage people insights to drive organizational growth. A background in HR analytics or similar fields will enhance your ability to provide actionable insights.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the primary People advisor for the Customer Experience and Post-Sales organizations. You will partner with leaders across Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Professional Services to provide strategic guidance and coaching. Your responsibilities will include enhancing team effectiveness through organizational design and change management initiatives. You will be the day-to-day escalation point for people-related issues, providing clarity and judgment to support leaders in their decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of People Business Partners on company-wide initiatives while autonomously managing the daily partnership with the teams you support. Your role will involve analyzing team dynamics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
